How To Create A Global Tag?

Global Tags in Accountable help streamline categorization across your organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency for all users. These tags can be applied across contacts, transactions, and other relevant records, making them a powerful tool for organization-wide management.

Steps to Create a Global Tag:

  1. Login as Super Admin and navigate to Admin and select Tags.

  2. Create a new tag by clicking on the “+ New Tag” icon.

  3. In the modal popup enter the tag name and click save.

  4. Once created, the new tag will be displayed in non-editable mode with the following format for the respective roles:

    Super Admin level: Mortgage

    Regular User and Company level: Mortgage (Global Level)

  5. ​Tags can be edited using the edit icon. Tags can be deleted using the delete icon.

    Note: If a tag is associated with any automation, it cannot be deleted.
