Now you can power up your automations with Smart Lists in Accountable! This feature lets you schedule automations that automatically adjust based on real-time data. When your Smart List updates - such as leads moving stages or new contacts meeting your conditions - your automation updates too. Stay accurate, save time, and ensure every workflow reaches the right people at the right moment.
Steps to add Smart Lists to Scheduled Automations:
In the Top navigation bar, select Marketing.
In the marketing page, select Automation in the Top left corner.
Select "Schedule Automation" tab.
Click "New Automation" button in the top right corner.
In the modal pop-up create Automation name and select folder.
In the Automation setup page, select "Add Trigger"
Select the date and time to schedule your automation trigger.
Note: System will not allow the date and time trigger in past.
In the conditional trigger, Select OOTB (Out Of The Box) smart lists or User created smart list and save the trigger.
Click the "+" to add the automation action.
In action, select the action as "Send email to Contact".
Select the email template and click add.
And toggle the Inactive button to Active.
Click the "Save Automation" to save the Automation setup.
Click "Go Back" and you can find the automation in the list.
Automation will trigger at scheduled time in all kind of user level.
