AccountableCRM now enables Super Admins and Company Admins to seamlessly transfer all contact records, associated transaction data, and real estate details from one user to another within the same company. This feature is especially useful during team transitions, reassignments, or onboarding of new team members—ensuring no valuable data is lost or left behind.
What Gets Transferred:
All Contacts associated with the selected user.
Linked Transaction Data and Real Estate Details.

Steps to Access and Use the Transfer Feature:
Login as a Super Admin or Company Admin. In the Top Navigation Bar, click on Admin.
On the Company Page, select the Users tile.
In the Users Page, click the Transfer Contacts button at the top.
A modal popup will appear:
Click the Submit button to complete the transfer.
After transfer is completed, go to contacts tab inside Company to verify the associated "To user" is assigning for transferred contacts.
Note: This logic does not apply to transferring a user's activities, notes, or tasks. These remain with the original user.
