Import Transaction from CSV
Import Transactions in Company Admin enables administrators to quickly upload and add multiple transactions into Accountable CRM in a single step. By importing transaction data using a supported file format, users can reduce manual data entry, improve accuracy, and ensure all transaction records are consistently maintained across the company.
Import Transaction from Core Servicing
In Accountable CRM, when a Company Admin imports transactions from the core servicing system, only specific mandatory fields are required in the CSV file. Ensuring that these required fields are accurately completed allows the system to validate the data and successfully assign transactions to the appropriate Loan Officers. Providing only the mandatory information helps streamline the import process while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
Steps To Import Transactions :
Click the “Admin” tab in the top navigation bar of the CRM dashboard.
Select the "Imports", from the Company Dashboard page.
On the Import page, click import transactions . You will be redirected to the import transaction page.
In the import transaction section click on import transaction from CSV or Import Transaction from Core Servicing.
On the Import Transactions page, First to download the CSV template and complete all required fields. Ensure the files includes a separate column titled “Loan Officer’s Email Address” and accurately enter the corresponding Loan Officer’s email for each record. And Transactions will be assigned to the respective user only when this column is properly populated.
Click on Select CSV to Upload to upload the file.
You will see a list of field names on the left, representing fields in the system, and drop-down menus on the right for loan officers, which correspond to the columns in the CSV. The column headers are automatically matched to the fields, but if they are not, match the column headers manually. Once all fields are matched, click Next to proceed to the loan details section.
In the Loan Details section, verify that all fields are accurately matched with the corresponding CSV columns. Once you have confirmed that the field selection is correct, click Next to proceed to the Contact section.
In the Contacts section, ensure that all columns are correctly matched with their corresponding fields. Additionally, verify that each field is properly mapped to the Company’s custom fields.
Then, click Next to proceed to the Real Estate section.
In the Real Estate section, that all columns are accurately matched with the corresponding system fields. After confirming that click Finish Importing to complete the process.
The transactions will be successfully imported and assigned to the respective Loan Officers within the company. To import additional records, click “Upload More Transactions.”
Once the process is complete, the borrower will be created as a new contact in the LO’s account. On the separate contact page, you can find the transactions and real estate details.
