In Accountable CRM, company administrators can efficiently manage users through a centralized admin panel. Admins have the ability to add individual users, import multiple users in bulk for faster onboarding, and impersonate company users when necessary to provide support or verify account activities. These capabilities help streamline user management, improve administrative control, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
How To Add Company Users:
Follow these steps to create, edit, and manage company users effectively.
Step 1: Access the Users Section
Click the “Admin” tab in the top navigation bar of the CRM dashboard.
Select the "Users", from the Company Dashboard page.
Step 2: Add Bulk User
First, click the “Download CSV Template” button to download the CSV template file.
To add multiple users to the company, click the "Create Bulk User" button.
In the modal popup, select your CSV file and click the "Upload" button to add multiple users to the company.
“Ensure the headers match, enter the team code, and click the "Finish Importing" button to add multiple users to the company.
Step 3: Add a single User
Click the "Add User" button to add a new user to the company.
In the modal popup, enter the user’s name and click the "Add to Company" button.
Step 4: To Transfer Contact
Click the "Transfer Contact" button. In the modal popup, select the From User and To User, then click "Submit". The contact will be transferred from one user to another user.
Step 5: Managing Company User
To assign a user as a company admin, enable the toggle in the company’s user list grid table.
Use the Automation toggle in the Company Users table to enable or disable automation for specific users with a single click.
Step 6: Action Icons
The following icons are,
Select the “Impersonate” icon to impersonate a user.
Select the “Trash” icon to remove a user from the company.
