The User Roles and Permissions feature allows Company Administrators to create custom roles, assign users to specific roles, and control access to various modules and settings within Accountable CRM. This ensures that users only have access to the features and data relevant to their responsibilities.
Steps to Manage the Roles and Permission List:
Step 1 : Accessing the User Roles
Log in as a company admin and navigate to the Admin tab.
From the Company Dashboard, select Settings.
On the Settings page, Under the Access section, click User Roles.
Step 2 : To Create a New Role Inside Company
Click the Add Role button located in the top-right corner.
In the modal popup , enter a Role Name. Click Save.
The new role will be created and displayed in the User Roles list.
Step 3 : Managing User Roles
Each role includes the following action icons:
Click the Add User icon to assign users to the selected role.
Note: Each user can belong to only one role. Users cannot assigned to another role until they are removed from their current role.Click the Edit icon to update the role name.
Click the Delete icon to permanently remove the role.
Step 4 : Assigning Users to a Role
Click on the desired row from the User Roles list. To add a new User Click the + Add User button located in the top-right corner.
Note: Each user can belong to only one role. Users cannot assigned to another role until they are removed from their current role.
A Modal popup will display all users associated with the selected company. Select the user(s) you want to assign and Click Add to Role.
Step 5 : Managing Permission Lists
Select the Permission List tab to configure role-based access controls. Permissions are divided into two categories
User-Level Permission

User-level permissions control access to individual productivity and operational features.
Scoreboard Permissions
Manage Pipeline
Enable the toggle to allow users to access, view, and manage the company pipeline toggle within the pipeline.
Manage Leads
Enable the toggle to allow users to create new leads by using "+Add Lead " button.
Pipeline Customization
Enable the toggle to allow users to customize pipeline mapping and configurations from the pipeline preference.
Marketing Permissions
Enable the Marketing toggle to grant access to:
Email Templates
Campaigns
Automations
Marketing Suite

View - Allows users to access and view the listed items.
Create/Edit - Allows users to create new records and modify existing ones.
Delete - Allows users to remove there own records.
Company-Level Permissions

Note: When at least one Company-Level permission is enabled, the Admin tab becomes visible for the selected user.
If a Company-Level permission is disabled, the corresponding section and functionality will be disabled.

Enable the toggle to allow users to import contacts in bulk to other LOs.
Import Transactions
Enable the toggle to allow users to import transactions in bulk to other LOs.
Impersonation
Enable the toggle to allow LOs to impersonate another LOs for troubleshooting and support purposes.
Settings
The Settings section provides access to company-level configuration options.
Pipeline Customization
Enable the toggle to allow LOs to view and manage company-wide pipeline configurations.
Integrations
Enable the toggle to allow LOs to access the third-party integrations like Encompass, Meridian link, Outlook, Finastra and etc...
