To monitor the appointment conducted activity data to identify users who select the appointment conducted checkbox during the creation of contact activities. This enables accurate tracking of pre-approved contacts within the system.
Note: The Appointment Conducted KPI is applicable to both B2B and B2C contact types.
How to Set Goal for Appointment Conducted:
In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.
Scroll down the page, you will find the Appointment Conducted in the My KPI's grid table.
To set a goal for Appointment Conducted, click the “Set Goal” button located at the top of the My KPIs section, and add your goals there.
Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Appointment Conducted Goal column.
Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.
How to Create a Appointment Conducted Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:
Click the "Quick Action" button and Select the “Activity” option.
In activity popup, to select the Appointment Conducted check box. Choose the contact or create new contact and click the save button.
Once the Appointment Conducted activity is created, The data will be reflected in the Appointment Conducted This Month column in the My KPI grid table.
Click on Appointment Conducted row to view the detailed list of Appointment Conducted records.
