How To Use The Appointment Set KPI ?

We meticulously monitor activity data to identify individuals who have opted for appointment set by selecting the corresponding checkbox during the creation of

contact activities.

Note: The Appointment Set KPI is applicable to both B2B and B2C contact types.

How to Set Goals for Appointment Set:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the Appointment Set in the My KPI's grid table.

  3. To Set a goal for Appointment Set you can click on the set goal button in the top of the My KPI section, and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Appointment Set Goal column.

    Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.

How to Create a Appointment Set Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:

  1. Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Activity” option.

  2. To select the Appointment Set checkbox. Choose a contact or create a new contact. Click the Save button in the activity modal popup.

  3. Once the Appointment Set activity is created, The data will be reflected in the Appointment Set This Month column in the My KPI grid table.

  4. Click on Appointment Set row to view the detailed list of Appointment Set  records.
