In the top navigation bar, Click the "Admin" tab. And select "Companies"
In the companies list select your company, and select the "Integrations"
In the Integrations page, click the "Zapier"
Sign up or log in the Zapier to connect the Company.
Once you login to the Zapier, Refresh your accountable page. Now your account will be successfully connected to the Zapier.
After that click "Create workflow" in the Zapier section.
Once you click on "Create Workflow," a modal popup will open. Click the "Trigger" button.
In the triggers select "webhooks" option. From the select event popup, you need to select the trigger event. In the dropdown you need to select the "Catch Hook" and click continue to further process.
Now click the "Action" button. And select the Accountable CRM.
In the select event modal popup, Select the "Action Event" in the dropdown select "Create or Update Contact" and click the "Sign In" button to connect the company.
In the Pop-up Copy and Paste the Client and Secret key of the respective company. Once you entered the secret keys. And click the button "Yes, Continue to Accountable CRM"
The connection connected on your company name. And click "Continue"
In the configure, Map the respective fields. Based on these fields the contact will be create. Once you mapped the fields click continue.
In the test click the "Test Step" Once the test completed click the "Publish" button to publish the Zap Hooks.
The respective contact will be created in first user in the company.
If the Zap triggers for next one more time, The contact will be created for next user in the company. It's all works on the Round-Robin method.
