Custom KPIs allow you to track the activities and performance metrics that matter most to your business. You can create separate custom KPIs for both B2B and B2C contact types, set individual goals, and monitor progress directly from the KPI Dashboard.
Steps to Create and Manage the Custom KPI.
Step 1 : Accessing the Custom KPI
In the top navigation bar, click your profile image (top right corner). In the dropdown menu, select Profile.
In the profile page, click Preferences in the sub-navigation menu at the top left.
In the Preferences page, click the Custom KPI tab.
Step 2 : To Create a New Custom KPI
To create a New custom KPI, click the Add KPI button.
In the modal popup, Enter a KPI Name, Select the Contact Type: B2B or B2C and enter the desired Goal Value. Click Save button.
You can easily switch between B2B and B2C KPI categories to view and manage the KPIs associated with each contact type.
If you no longer want to track a Custom KPI, simply turn Off the toggle button next to the KPI. You can turn the toggle On again at any time to re-enable tracking and display the KPI on your dashboard.
Step 3 : Viewing Custom KPIs on the KPI Dashboard
After creating a Custom KPI, it will automatically appear in the My KPIs section of the KPI Dashboard under the selected contact type (B2B or B2C). This allows users to track progress toward their custom goals alongside other KPI metrics.
Step 4 : Action Icons
Click the Edit icon and Modify the KPI details as needed. Click the Delete icon to remove the custom KPI.
