Overview of the New Client

The New Client Selling System is designed to ensure consistent engagement with newly added contacts through scheduled follow-up activities. When a contact is assigned to the New Client Selling System, suggestions are automatically generated based on the configured interval days.

New Client (Starting Interval Day: 7)

Suggestion Generation

  • When a contact is created under the New Client Selling System, the first suggestion will be automatically created after 7 days.

  • The generated suggestion is a Weekly Check-in, which encourages users to reconnect with the client and maintain regular communication.

  • Once the suggestion is created, it will appear on the Follow-ups page, where users can review and complete the activity.

  • When the Weekly Check-in suggestion is generated, a reminder notification will also appear on the CRM Dashboard.

  • This notification helps users stay informed about upcoming follow-up activities and ensures that important client interactions are not missed.

Interval Behavior

  • Suggestions are generated according to the configured interval schedule.

  • If the activity is not completed on or before the due date, it will move to Past Due on the Follow-ups page.

  • Users can still complete the activity even after it becomes Past Due.

This system helps maintain regular weekly communication with new clients, ensuring better relationship management and timely follow-ups.
