How to Setup the Finastra Authentication by company Admin ?

The Finastra Authentication page allows your company to securely connect Accountable CRM with your Finastra environment. This connection enables Accountable CRM to access and synchronize loan-related data.

Why Finastra Authentication is Required

When a new company is onboarded to Accountable CRM, Finastra Authentication must be completed before using marketing and automation features. This connection allows Accountable CRM to securely retrieve loan records and related information from your Finastra system.

Required Authentication Details

To establish the connection, provide the following credentials:

  • Client ID – The unique identifier provided by Finastra.

  • Client Secret – The secure authentication key associated with the Client ID.

  • Tenant Name or Tenant ID – A unique identifier provided by Finastra that authorizes Accountable CRM to access and retrieve your organization's loan records.

These credentials are used to securely authenticate and authorize Accountable CRM to access your company's loan data.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to the Finastra Authentication page. Enter the Client ID.

  2. Enter the Client Secret. Provide the Tenant Name or Tenant ID from finastra.

  3. Save the authentication details.

  4. Once the connection is successfully verified, Accountable CRM will be able to access and synchronize your loan records.

Fields Map

The Fields Map page is used to connect and match fields between Finastra and Accountable CRM. It ensures that data imported from Finastra is stored in the correct CRM fields.

Example:
If Finastra uses "Base Loan Amount" and Accountable CRM uses "Amount", the field mapping links these two fields so the loan amount is imported correctly.
