How to Setup the Company Admin Encompass Authentication?

The Encompass Authentication page allows your company to securely connect Accountable CRM with your Encompass environment. This connection enables Accountable CRM to access loan records and synchronize data, allowing marketing and automation features to work effectively.

For newly onboarded companies, Encompass Authentication is a required setup.

Authentication Setup

To establish the connection, enter the following Encompass credentials:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Instance ID

These credentials are used to securely authenticate your Encompass account and authorize Accountable CRM to access loan data.

Working Folder Selection

You can specify the Working Folder that Accountable CRM should use when accessing loan records. This allows your organization to work with loans from a specific Encompass folder

Accessing Loan Records

The Start Date and End Date fields allow you to define a custom date range when retrieving loan records from Encompass.

  1. Enter the desired Start Date and End Date.

  2. The system will access and display loan records that fall within the selected date range.

Import Contacts

The Import button allows you to import contacts and loan-related information from Encompass into Accountable CRM in bulk.

Fields Map

The Fields Map page is used to match fields between Encompass and Accountable CRM. This ensures that data imported from Encompass is stored in the correct CRM fields.

Purpose:

  • Connect Encompass fields with Accountable CRM fields.

  • Ensure loan and contact data are imported accurately.

  • Prevent missing or incorrect data during synchronization.

  • Allow seamless transfer of transaction, borrower, agent, and property information.

Example:
If Encompass uses "Tracking - Current Milestone Name" and Accountable CRM uses "Loan Status", the field mapping links these fields so the loan status is imported correctly into the CRM.
