How to Setup the Zapier Integration by Company Admin ?

The Zapier Integration page allows your company to securely connect Accountable CRM with Zapier, enabling seamless data exchange between Accountable and other third-party applications.

This integration helps automate workflows, synchronize data, and streamline business processes across multiple platforms.

Authentication Setup

To establish the connection, enter the following credentials:

  • API Client ID

  • API Secret Key

These credentials are used to securely authenticate your company and establish communication between Accountable and Zapier.

How It Works

  • Accountable CRM can connect with other applications through Zapier.

  • Contacts can be created and synchronized between connected applications.

  • Data updates can be reflected in the other application. Eg : Salesforce.

  • Automated workflows can be created to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

Round Robin Assignment

The integration supports Round Robin Assignment, allowing contacts or leads to be distributed automatically among team members.
