Compose and send emails directly from the app to stay connected with your contacts. Your professional signature is automatically included, making it easy to communicate on the go.
Steps to create a Mail:
From the Home Dashboard, tap the "+" button.
And select Email from the menu.
Search for and select the contact you want to email.
Enter any additional recipients in the CC and BCC fields, if needed. These fields are optional.
Enter the email subject. This field is required.
Write your message in the email body. You can use the formatting tools to apply bold, italic, underline, or bulleted lists. This field is required.
Your signature, including your name, title, and contact details, is automatically added and displayed in the preview.
Tap Send Email to send the message.
The email will be sent to the selected contact with your signature attached, helping you maintain professional communication wherever you are.
