How to Create a Suggestion ?

Suggestions in Accountable CRM help automate follow-up activities for contacts. Users can create suggestions by defining the suggestion name, interval days, contact types, and selling system. Once created, these suggestions are automatically scheduled and can be viewed on the Follow-Ups page, where users can track and manage upcoming follow-up actions.

From the Quick Action button:

  1. Click the Quick Action button and select Contact from the dropdown menu.

  2. In the modal popup, create a new contact and select the Selling System.

From the Scoreboard :

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Follow Ups in the CRM Dashboard.

  2. Suggestions are displayed in the grid table based on the selected tab filter:

    • Today – View suggestion are due today.

    • Past Due – View and manage overdue suggestions.

    • Future – Preview upcoming Suggestions.

  3. Select “Suggestions” from the filter options to view suggestion details in the grid table.

  4. You will also receive reminders through the Global Notification in the top navigation bar.

  5. The following action icons are available for managing suggestions:

    • Email Icon – Send an email related to the suggestion.

    • Chat Icon – Record the activity for the suggestion.

    • Move Icon – Move the contact to another Selling System category.

    • Hide Icon – Ignore the suggestion.

    • Tick Icon – Mark the suggestion as completed.

    • Snooze Icon – Snooze the suggestion to be reminded later.
