AccountableCRM’s new History Tab gives users greater transparency into their automated and manual email outreach - all in one place. Whether it's a birthday automation, a home anniversary message, or a direct campaign email, you can now track what was sent, when it was sent, and to whom.
Steps to use History Tab:
From the top navigation bar, select Follow-Ups.
In the top-right corner of the sub-navigation menu, click on the “History Tab.”
Here, you can view all contacts who have received emails via campaigns, automations, or individual emails. Each entry displays the description, status, and sent date of the email.
For campaigns, the history shows a record for each contact the campaign was sent to.
To view more details about a campaign, automation, or individual email, simply click on the row.
A modal popup will appear showing the message content and delivery details.
For automations, you can click the "new tab" icon to preview the entire automation in a non-editable mode.
