Welcome to Accountable CRM β€” the only mortgage-specific CRM built with coaching and accountability baked right in. Whether you're new to the platform or need a quick refresher, this guide will walk you through the core tabs and key features designed to help you succeed with just 15 minutes a day.

Our software is designed for simplicity and speed. These six primary tabs are the heart of the platform:

  • Scoreboard - Track your Daily Sales Activities to stay on top of your goals and keep momentum.

  • Contacts - Easily manage your Database β€” organize, tag, and keep your contact list clean and effective.

  • Follow-Ups - Your go-to for Daily Tasks and AI-recommended next steps so no opportunity falls through the cracks.

  • Marketing - Run smart, targeted Email Campaigns with customizable templates and co-branded messaging.

  • KPIs - Review your Key Performance Indicators and monitor progress toward your sales targets.

  • Admin- Set up and personalize your account under the Admin tab β€” control users, notifications, and integrations.
