How to Add a Contact - Quick Add Tool?

Your contact list is the foundation of your selling system. Every follow-up, automation, and opportunity inside Accountable starts with clean, well-categorized contacts. The Quick Add tool makes it easy to add a new contact in seconds.

Steps to create contact:

  1. Click the Plus Icon
    In the lower-left corner of your CRM dashboard, click the red β€œ+” icon.

  2. Select "Contact"

    From the pop-up menu, choose Contact.

  3. Fill Out Contact Details

    Enter as much information as possible. Key fields include:

    • Name, Email, and Phone Number

    • Selling System (recommended for proper sorting and filtering)

    • Company, Industry, and Position

    • Address, including Street, City, State, and Zip

    • Birthday, Anniversary, Tags, and Account Name

  4. Save Your Contact

    When finished, click Save in the lower-right corner to add the contact to your system.
