How to Use Suggestions ?

The AI Suggestions feature in Accountable CRM helps you determine who to contact and how to engage with them effectively. By using this tool consistently, you can maintain meaningful interactions with your active database and improve your sales accountability.

Understanding Suggestions

The AI Suggestions feature analyzes your contacts and provides actionable recommendations to keep you engaged with prospects and clients. By following these suggestions, you can:

  • Ensure no important leads or clients fall through the cracks

  • Optimize your follow-up strategy based on AI-driven insights

  • Maintain consistency in your outreach efforts

Steps to Create a Suggestion

Step 1: To Access Suggestion

  1. Click the Profile Image in the top-left corner of the application.

  2. Select Suggestions from the dropdown menu. You will Redirect to the Suggestions page.

Step 2: To Creating a New Suggestion

  1. Click the “Add Suggestion” button to create a new suggestion.

  2. In the modal popup, enter the Suggestion Name, Interval Days, Contact Type, and Selling System, then click the Save button.

Step 3: To Viewing and Managing suggestion:

  1. In the Suggestions grid table, you can view the Suggestion Message, Interval Days, Execution Order, Contact Type, Type, Status, and Actions.

  2. You can filter the suggestions based on the contact type B2B or B2C.

  3. And also filter and view suggestions based on the selected Selling System type.
    Note: The suggestion is created only based on interval days.

  4. When the Toggle button is enabled, the custom suggestions you create will be applied to the contact. When the Toggle button is disabled, only the default suggestions will be applied.

  5. If default suggestions and custom suggestions have the same interval days, they will be executed on the same day.

Step 3: Action Icons

  1. The following action icons are.

    • Click the pencil icon to edit your suggestions and click the delete icon to remove the suggestion.
      Note: The default suggestion can only be edited and cannot be delete.

    • Click the Recurring Icon to recurring suggestion based on the weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.

  1. Help List

    The Help List is an essential component of the selling system, designed to manage new leads and targets efficiently. This category helps you stay organized and ensures a structured approach to moving leads through the sales pipeline. Explore more about Help list.

  2. Fight Club

    Contacts who are actively engaged in business discussions and opportunities. Suggestions focus on regular communication and strengthening business relationships. Explore more about Fight Club.

  3. New Client

    Recently acquired clients who require initial onboarding, follow-ups, and service engagement to build a strong professional relationship. Explore more about New Client.

  4. Promoter

    Contacts who actively promote your business or services to others. Suggestions encourage maintaining engagement and appreciation. Explore more about Promoter.

  5. Advocate

    Trusted contacts who strongly support and recommend your services. Suggestions focus on nurturing loyalty and long-term partnerships. Explore more about Advocate.

  6. Someday

    Potential contacts who may become clients in the future but are not currently ready to engage. Suggestions help maintain periodic communication. Explore more about Someday.

  7. Climber

    Contacts who are progressively moving toward becoming active clients. Suggestions are designed to encourage engagement and business discussions.

  8. Aspirational

    High-value contacts you aspire to build a relationship with. Suggestions focus on strategic communication and relationship development. Explore more about Aspirational.

  9. Connector

    Contacts who have strong networks and can introduce you to potential clients or opportunities. Suggestions encourage networking and referrals. Explore more about Connector.

  10. Nextpert

    Industry professionals or subject matter experts who can provide insights, guidance, or collaboration opportunities. Suggestions support knowledge sharing and professional interaction. Explore more about Nextpert.
