How to Create an Activity ?

We encourage users to add their sales activities to their Scoreboard each day. Activities allow you to record your daily sales touches and even add a new contact from this feature. This is important for many reasons, but mainly so that our system provides you daily follow-up suggestions based on where your contacts are in the sales cycle through our patented selling system. Also, you can see each contact's activity history on their individual contact record.

Here are the steps to create an activity:

  1. Click on the Quick Action™ button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen on the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available options. and Click on "Activity" within the Quick Action™ button.

  2. A modal popup will appear where you can select the Activity Type, Date, and Interaction details. You can also specify how the interaction occurred, such as Email, Event, Call, or Meeting, and choose the appropriate Activity KPI, including default KPIs like B2B or B2C, as well as Custom KPIs.

  3. You can either choose an existing contact or add a new contact. Note that all contacts must be assigned to a selling category to save the activity. If a contact already exists but you'd like to update their contact information then click the edit button (pencil icon).

  4. Once you are done, click "Save" and your new activity will be created.
