How to Manage Contacts by Company Admin ?

The Company Admin Contact page in Accountable CRM provides a centralized view of all user contact details. It features smart filtering options that allow administrators to search and filter contacts by contact fields, transactions, and custom fields. Action icons enable quick tasks such as adding tags, creating activities, and managing contacts efficiently, helping streamline contact management and improve productivity.

How to Manage the company contacts

Follow these steps to create, edit, and manage company contacts effectively.

Step 1 : Access the Contacts

  1. Click the “Admin” tab in the top navigation bar of the CRM dashboard.

  2. Select the "Contacts" from the Company Dashboard page.

  3. On the Contacts page, all users are displayed in a structured grid table.

Contact Filtering

  1. Click on "Filters" to refine your contact list based on specific criteria.

  2. In the first field, you will see a list of all the fields related to the contacts, transaction, and custom fields.

  3. In the second field, you can choose the conditions you want to apply.

  4. In the third field, fill out what you are looking for. Apply the filter, and you will see the contacts based on the condition applied.

  5. Click the plus icon to add another condition.

  6. You can toggle the button for the "AND/OR" condition. Add another input, and click on "Apply."

  7. Now the contact appears based on the smart filter applies.

  8. Click "Add a New Segment Group" to create a new segment.

  9. The "AND/OR" condition will be shown with the new segment. Fill the new segment with inputs and click "Apply." The filtered contacts will be shown.

  10. Click on the smart list, select an option from the dropdown, and the filtered contacts will be displayed on the screen based on the selection.

Action Icons

  1. Action icons are used to perform the following actions:

    • The "Edit" icon is used to add and remove the selling system, tags, contact type and industry.

    • The "Delete" icon is used to delete the selected contact.

    • Click the "Activity" icon to create the activity for the specific contact.

    • The "Dollar" icon is used to add a transaction for the specific contact.

    • Click the "Invite" icon send the mail.

    • Click the "Chat-add" icon to create a follow-ups for the specific contact.

    • Click the "Chat" icon to create a notes for the contact.

  2. You can double-click the Email and Transaction columns to quickly edit their values directly within the table.
